PEST模型的框架非常簡單,P指政治,E指經濟,S指社會,T指技術。利用PEST模型進行分析就是指從政治、經濟、社會、技術四個角度進行分析,幫助企業進行商業決策或風險評估。

在最后的總結中,報告者必須對整份報告的內容做出歸納,給出結論,同時與開頭闡述的分析目標相呼應。
